Adriana left the world of teaching elementary school children to work with women who are tired of letting their symptoms rule their lives. She is all too familiar with pelvic floor symptoms, you name it, she's felt it.
Adriana experienced daily symptoms for years. She was scared, stressed, and hopeless. It wasn't until she dove deeper into yoga, movement, and breathwork that she began to take control of her health making it so that now, discomfort comes in the form of manageable flareups.
She combines her Hatha Yoga, Pelvic Yoga, and Pre and Post Natal specialty trainings, to help others care for their pelvic floors before, during, and after delivery.
It is through her own personal pelvic floor health & fitness journey that she became passionate about teaching and helping other women discover how their bodies move and how they too, can find relief.
Finding true, balanced pelvic floor strength for all women in all seasons.
